Booking Conditions : Please contact us by telephone, e-mail or post. Bookings will be held for a maximum of 3 days pending receipt of a non-refundable deposit of £35 per room per night (min. £70). Debit/credit cards are accepted for telephone bookings. You can also book on-line where a 40% deposit payment is required by debit/credit card. Please note that credit cards attract a 2% surcharge and we accept Visa or Mastercard credit cards.
Cancellation Policy :
If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 14 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 40% of the stay will be made.
Normal check-in time is from 4pm-6pm on day of arrival (please give at least 48 hours notice if you plan to arrive after 6.00pm but please note our latest check-in time is 9.30pm). Check-out time on day of departure is by 10.00am.
The Guest House is totally non smoking and unfortunately unsuitable for pets.
Unfortunately we do not accept wedding guests during High Season (4 July to 13 September inclusive)
